I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t know, cause it’s nearly always some kind of scam. When I want info, I just look it up on my own rather than trusting someone on the phone. Cheers for sharing your thoughts, it’s good to hear others think the same, makes me feel like I’m doing the right thing.

Got a call from 03300570660 claiming to be customer care. The woman on the phone took some of my info but gave a different email address for banking stuff, and it was for some spare account, not my main one. Lucky for me, I hadn’t found my main card yet, so I was able to cancel it in time. Honestly, people like that are just awful - how do they even sleep at night?

Just looked up 03300570660 on Google and it came up as a scam number. Not really sure what my next step should be tho.

Honestly, if I hadn’t stumbled upon this site, I probably would have fallen for a scam. Thanks a lot for this!

My mate got caught up in this dodgy scam and ended up giving out his info, but thankfully I spotted what was happening in time. Watch out and don’t get trapped by these cheats!

Honestly, this is hands down one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. They sent me the special edition iPhone with unlimited plans, and I actually got it! Plus, they threw in two free gifts just to say thanks for signing up. It's crazy how some folks with poor credit are quick to call them a scam, but from my experience, they’re legit.

I managed to get through the credit check for an iPhone that came out in 2020 thanks to their help. They did ask for my bank info but didn’t take any money until my first payment was due. I'm not sure why people call them scammers, did someone really have a bad experience or is it just hearsay? For me, the phone arrived just fine.

Got a call from 03300570660 today claiming to be from Vodafone or something like that. They tried to get me to sign up for a contract and being silly, I actually gave them my details. As soon as I hung up, something felt off so I immediately cancelled my card. Glad I did, or else they’d have really had me done. Don’t make the same mistake I did, folks!

On 28/10/2020, I got a call from someone saying they’re from MobileZone, supposedly working for Vodafone. They tried to sell me a phone contract, and stupidly, I agreed and handed over all my bank info. They gave me a 'customer service' number, 03300570660, but when I tried ringing it back, nobody ever picked up. Plus, I never received any of the emails they promised. As soon as I realised something was off, I cancelled my card straight away. Lucky for me, they ended up with nothing! 😂😂👌 Just a heads up, this is definitely a scam, so don’t get caught out like I did.

I got a call from this number tryin to sell me the latest phone. They asked loads of questions I answered but then suddenly wanted a number from the back of my card. I told them to email me info about their company first and they just refused. I know for sure it's a scam since banks don’t ask for those numbers over the phone. Definitely dodgy.

Before leaving Egypt, I actually worked at this tiny office equipped with some computers. I thought it was connected to Vodafone when I applied, but during training, I quickly realised everything they told us was false. There’s no UK branch at all, and the owner, Ahmed Abdelatif, is you know, a right disgrace - all about girls and cash. Then there’s the manager, totally clueless and useless, so weak that they nicknamed him the "repairman." They're running scams on people in the UK, taking personal info and saving it to reuse over and over. Orders aren’t even processed from the UK like they claim; they handle everything from Egypt instead. They told me to use a fake name and convince customers I was based in London without access to their data - big fat lie. The company also goes by fake names like Mobiles Zone and Survey Zone, but their real title is Media Pulse UK. They’re dodgy here too, cheating job applicants in Egypt, treating staff terribly, sometimes not even paying wages, no contracts, no insurance, and evading taxes. The owner favours some employees with pay depending on how close they are to him - absolute madness. As soon as I found all this out, I left immediately. It’s nowhere near a proper place to work.

Beware of this number, it's definitely a scam. They rang me pretending to be from Vodafone, speaking with a very strong Arabic accent, struggling even with saying ''Vodafone'' right. They claimed they were based in London and tried pushing a Vodafone mobile contract on me. I felt uneasy straight away and asked them for their phone number and address before ending the call. Luckily, my mate was nearby when I explained what had happened, and it turns out it’s a known scam. He got a similar call a few months back from some unknown number offering a Vodafone contract too. They pressured him for all his personal info, including bank details and the 3-digit security code on his card. Nothing arrived at first, so he just assumed it was to do with his credit score. Then out of nowhere, Vodafone sent the phone he supposedly ordered, no confirmation or anything! He later listened to the recorded call with this company, and they admitted they would do credit checks every three months - keeping hold of his data even though they promised to erase it! This was messing up his credit rating badly. The address they gave me turned out to be fake as well - 1 Olympic Way in Wembley. I went to check and there’s no “Mobiles Zone” or anything like that there. A friend who works at Vodafone confirmed he hadn’t heard of this firm and explained Vodafone never ask for your 3-digit card code or send contracts without sending a code to your phone first. Also, the number on the recording (03300884769) wasn’t the same as the one given to me (03300570660), so they must be switching numbers often. Clearly, these scammers use fake identities and phone numbers from overseas. Stay alert and don’t fall for it!

I was told I'd get my first bill in a month, but they went and charged me just a week later! When I rang them up to sort it out, they just told me to get in touch with Vodafone. Guess what? Vodafone said they had no idea about any of it! Proper frustrating.
