This guy, calling himself Michael, kept saying he was from EE. He rushed through some spiel about me needing a new SIM for 5G. I just ended the call. Then he rang me back, and I hung up again. When I rang back, he picked up! So much for a call centre, huh? I told him I’m with the police and wanted to speak to his manager. He told me to bugger off and then hung up. That was the end of that.

Got a call earlier but couldn’t answer, so I rang back. The person on the other end claimed to be from Redcap and asked me for my full name and NI number. I gave it to them, fingers crossed it wasn’t some kind of scam!

Had nonstop calls from Fedcap about the Restart Scheme, really felt like harassment.

I got a call from this number and when I picked up and said hello, there was just silence on the other end, nobody said anything back or told me who they were. I ended the call pretty quick. Then as soon as I put the phone down, it rang again from the same number. I said hello again but still nothing, just dead quiet, so I ended the call a second time. Seems a bit odd to me.
