I got in touch with this company and a bloke called Paul picked up. I gave him a reference number from a message I got, he asked for my name so I made one up. Credit Style LTD said I owe them money and sent a letter from CST Law warning of extra fees and possibly a CCJ if I dont pay. The letter was vague, no name or dates on it. That company went into administration and was taken over by British Gas. I haven’t got any bills with Credit Style LTD or British Gas. This kind of thing can really upset people, and its just not right that its happening. Really should be put to an end!

Credit Style is an actual company, not a scam. They took over the debt from my old energy firm, People's Energy, after it collapsed, and now they’re handling what I owe. I wouldn’t ignore their calls as you might get a County Court Judgment if you don’t sort it. I had a chat with them and they were quite understanding, helping me arrange a payment plan that suits my budget, which is a relief given how tough money’s been lately.

Don’t just brush these calls aside. If you’ve got debts, make sure you pay the right people. If money’s tight, have a word with Citizens Advice and maybe look into bankruptcy options. If you’re sure you don’t owe anything, deal with the issue quickly or it could mess up your credit score. Please stop saying this is a scam, it really isn’t. The company is called Credit Style Limited and they’re the insolvency firm hired to chase unpaid bills from utility firms that have gone under. They sent me a letter too. If you just ignore it, you could end up with a CCJ. It’s not a con, maybe they made an error but you should deal with it.

The company is called Credit Style Limited, and they’re the insolvency firm hired to recover unpaid bills from utility providers that went under. They sent me a letter. If you just ignore them, you risk getting a CCJ against you. It’s not a con, they could have gotten something wrong, but you need to deal with it.

Got a text from CST Law telling me to ring 0330 045 0650 right away with reference 2286157. I just blocked the number and deleted the message. I’m certain I don’t owe anyone a penny. Total SCAM.

Got calls from Credit Style saying I owe money even though I already paid People's Energy after Green collapsed. Their attitude is just "pay now or face consequences". They don’t seem to care about when I made the payment or any proof I show. Really harsh bunch.

Credit Style keep pestering me over debts from energy firms that have shut down. Mine’s from Green Energy and I have receipts showing I paid the last bill. Now they’re still hassling me. Don’t pick up the phone - you get stuck talking to a robot then put on hold forever hoping to chat with a real person, which never happens. Don’t bother wasting your time with these lot.

Got text messages from CSL on 03/02/22 and 18/02/22 around 9am both times sayin: "Please contact Credit Style urgently on 0330 045 0650 reference: xxx". Nope, not fallin for that! But then again, i’m expecting a British Gas engineer to come install a Smart Meter - maybe it’s him (or his call centre) trying to re-arrange? Bit odd they just text tho, why not ring?

Sort out your debts, folks! If you don't, everyone ends up paying more through increased costs. If you ain’t in debt but still getting these calls, have a look at your credit report, you might be a victim of identity theft. If that's not the case either, try reaching out to the number's owner through their website to find out more and report the calls to the cops as possible fraud attempts.

This seemed like a scam message at first, but turns out it's a real debt collection company trying to get payment for money owed to Peoples Energy, which is now under administration. Best not to ignore their calls because they'll keep contacting you and it might hurt your credit score if you don’t settle. I made sure to look up the company before dialing back to make sure it was legit.

03300450650 keeps calling me nearly every day for the last few weeks. I've picked up a couple of times and there’s a recorded message asking me to hold for an operator, but I end up hanging up. Other times I just let it ring out and then the recorded voice replies to my voicemail saying no message was left. It’s obviously some kind of scam and whoever’s behind it really ought to be shut down soon.
