2 monthsBeware, this number is linked to an O2 scam. I was tricked into paying £49 as a "deposit" for a pair of earbuds, with the promise of a refund the next day. That was over a week ago and I’m still out of pocket. Instead of the earbuds, I got sent an iPhone 16 which I had to send back through the post office. Turns out, the scammer just wanted a free phone and had me cover the cost. I’m currently trying to sort things out with O2.Submit Your Own Report (0330 043 8438)
