I got really annoyed with the operator, they were so rude and then just dropped the call on me! When I rang the number again, someone said they weren't actually accepting any calls. Not impressed at all.

Got a call claiming I owe £185 for anti bullying leaflets that they say I ordered back in September. When I asked for a recording of the call, the person on the other end didn’t bother to get my info or say how I’d receive it.
