A caller claimed to be representing SGS - no idea what that’s about - and asked me what name I’d prefer on a thank you note, whether it should be my own or for my business. The moment I mentioned that I was completely in the dark about the whole situation, they just cut off the call. Quite the odd experience!

Received a call from a young lady with a distinctly Mancunian twang-definitely gave off that call centre vibe. She requested to speak to my manager but refused to disclose her identity. I informed her that my boss was currently tied up and offered to take a message instead. The next thing I know, she mentioned they'd be ringing back. Quite curious, isn't it?
