Got a voicemail from an asian lady talking really fast, but honestly, can't understand a word she said! She never mentioned what company she was from either. Completely pointless. I just don't pick up calls from unknown numbers anymore.

I was en route to an appointment around a quarter to two when my phone buzzed with three calls from this number. However, since I was behind the wheel, I couldn’t pick up. Given the caller's utter lack of decency to leave a voicemail, I'm inclined to think it might just be another dodgy scam attempt.

It wasn’t a sales call or anything dodgy, just a proper update about a complaint I made (well, not really a complaint) and she gave me a reference number for it. So yeah, legit call from them.

No idea who was calling, all we got was ‘hello’ repeated every ten seconds before the answerphone came on. If it’d been EDF or some proper company, they’d know you leave a clear message instead of just saying hello and hanging up.
