I gave him a fake one straight away knowing it was dodgy. Then he told me mine was incorrect and rattled off the real one, ha! Then he asked which bank I used. Luckily, I made up a totally different bank so I reckon my real bank might get a call asking for my details soon. Should be a laugh, he could barely say my name and his English was pretty rough. He then had the cheek to probe about which bank I used. I’m half-expecting a follow-up call from my so-called bank asking for details to verify my identity. This should be rather entertaining since I gave him the name of a bank I don’t even use! Clearly, a scam - he couldn’t even get my name right and his English wasn’t the best.
