I got a call from Welsh Water (Dwr Cymru) about a survey I filled out about a problem with my account that wasn’t sorted. They also sent me a text from a mobile number, which at first I figured was a scam. After ringing them back, I found out it was genuine. Their charges are pretty crazy and the customer service isn’t great, but that doesn’t mean they’re trying to scam anyone.

Dwr Cymru are ridiculous! They’ve gone and doubled the price now. Such greedy fools, honestly! Not impressed at all.
