On the 27th of October, I got a call from this number and ended up having my laptop and every other gadget at home hacked. At first, I assumed it was my usual tech security team from the firm that looks after my devices, but it turned out to be some really clever scammers. They managed to put some awful stuff on my laptop and exposed my IP address for anyone to see. Honestly, Sky’s network is rubbish - it’s like an open gate for anyone to wander in. Dealing with all the mess left me stressed and out of money, and now I’m scared to even use my computer some days. Never thought I’d fall victim to something like this. Just watch out, folks.

Apparently, I’ve called this number from my landline four times this year, but I barely ever even pick up my house phone. Weird!

I just got a call from someone saying they were the Sky Support team. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

I was stuck on the phone for more than two hours trying to sort out a problem with my email through this number. When I asked if the server was down, the guy said everything was fine. But after spending all that time on the call, it turned out the server WAS having issues! Now I can’t get into my email at all.
