They even had the cheek to threaten us with disconnection if we didn’t revise our contract at a ridiculous price by 3pm, all while we still have a valid agreement for another two years! The chaps were utterly relentless, bombarding us with over twenty calls in just one day, behaving like aggressive bullies. It’s disgraceful, to say the least!
