I got a call almost right after I reached out to another company, even tho I never gave permission to be contacted. Definitely a scam.

I ignored the call since the number was unfamiliar, but after checking it out, turns out it’s a scam pretending to be O2. Definitely blocked it now. Total scam!

Got a call from o2 saying my contract was up for renewal, but it felt off - sounds like one of those dodgy phone scams.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from O2. When I asked for their location and address, they just ended the call straight away. I reckon an older or less aware person might’ve fallen for it easily.

Didnt answer the call and now its blocked!

Basically, they phone your number and when you pick up, most times they just hang up straight away. From what I’ve seen, they’re just confirming if the number is live so they can then flood you with annoying calls later on. Happened to me today actually, I wasn’t paying close attention at first but noticed the 0330 code is one of those non-geographic ones, used across the country by companies rather than linked to any particular place. No doubt about it, I’ve blocked that number now for good.

Got a call from some random number and I stupidly picked up. Some bloke saying my O2 contract was up for renewal or whatever. I just said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Blocked the number straight away after that.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with "Priority Phone" or a name like that. They kept insisting they could lower my phone bill because apparently, my "device plan is fully paid off," which I know isn’t true since I still have about two years left to pay. I told them repeatedly I wasn’t looking to switch my payment plan, even if they promised a "better deal" or "lower costs." The bloke on the line was really pushy about it. Honestly, this sounds like a total scam - don’t get caught out!

Rang me a couple of times, but as soon as I picked up, they cut the line.

Received a call from some outfit claiming to be 'Priority Phone' or thereabouts. They insisted they could lower my phone contract costs because, apparently, my device plan was all settled - but I’m well aware I’ve still got a couple of years left to go on that plan! I made it abundantly clear that I had no desire to alter my payment arrangements, regardless of the supposedly 'better deal' and 'lower rates' they were pushing. However, the chap was rather pushy, to say the least. Don’t be duped by this obvious con!

I picked up but there was complete silence and then the call just dropped.

Picked up, but the moment I said hello, they just ended the call. So yea, straight to BLOCKED from me.

Got a call around 6:15pm but they didn’t say anything. Just ignored it and blocked the number now.

Got a call asking if I was planning to upgrade my mobile phone, bit annoying really.

I'm based in Northern Ireland and once again, they didn’t bother leaving any voicemail. It’s so irritating. I’ve ended up blocking the number.
