Someone rang me from a private number saying they were from Barclays. When I asked them to prove it was actually Barclays, they told me to ring 0330 027 2135. I decided to look it up online first and the number seemed dodgy, so I didn’t bother calling them back.

At 11.21pm on the 24th of May 2023, I got yet another missed call. Honestly, it was like the 13th pointless ring I’d had that entire day. Proper annoying!

Definitely seems dodgy, that one. The caller claimed to represent my internet provider, Sky, but upon mentioning that I wasn’t actually with them, the call just cut off. Quite suspicious if you ask me!
