I've been receiving frequent calls from this number, yet they never seem to leave a voicemail. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

This number has called me three times now. The first time they just hung up without saying a word. Then they called again using the same area code but different last digits, left a voicemail where I could hear a woman shouting someone's name. Just moments ago, they called claiming to be from the district repair team. I told them it wasn’t my council and to stop ringing me, then hung up. Not long after, the bloke called back, and when I answered, he started saying, "What’s wrong with you, are you mad?" and I just ended the call. These scammers are taking the piss now.

I usually don’t pick up unknown numbers, if it’s important they can leave a voicemail with their name and a real number I can call back on. I always look them up on this site first and block them if there are bad reviews. Since this one is marked as a scam, I’m gonna block it straight away. Cheers for the heads up!

Claims to be a complimentary call notification from O2, suggesting one can silence it by dialing 901, then pressing * followed by selecting options until hitting 5. I’ve opted not to engage, as it reeks of a possible scam aimed at harvesting personal details. If it’s genuinely important, I reason they’ll reach out a second time. Just a note, the message kicking off with “you've missed a call from me” hardly exudes professionalism. So, to put it rather bluntly, they can take a hike!

I've been informed that the caller's reason for reaching out is tied to the fact that my residence is a rental! Mind you, I've owned this property for nearly three decades now! Avoid engaging in any discussions; this is clearly a number linked to a scam.

Had a call from a lady called Susan who said she was collecting money for firefighter courses. When I began to quiz her a bit, she quickly got annoyed. Felt a bit dodgy, so I ended the call.
