Got two calls today 03/07/2017, answered the first one. The person sounded Indian or Pakistani and asked if I could answer a couple of questions, I hesitated but said yes. Got a call early this morning just as I was heading out to catch the bus to visit my 91 year old dad who’s been poorly. Im really curious how many folks here actually have caller ID showing. Sometimes it says the number, or just “unavailable” or “withheld,” or even “international” if it’s from abroad. A bit of advice that I’ve found quite handy - steer clear of sharing your phone number for ANY reason with anyone besides mates and close family. It seems like it’s the high-street retailers and online shops that are all too eager to share your details if you ever make a purchase, claiming they “need” your information. It's utter nonsense! If I’m hounded for my digits, I simply walk away from the sale, and suddenly their so-called necessity vanishes (this is especially true for retail). With broadband now accessible without the hassle of a phone line (and don’t even get me started on that ridiculous “line rental” scam), it hardly seems sensible to keep the old landline. The sooner more folk catch on to this, the better, as maybe then the companies who maintain these lines will finally take action to sort this mess out!

I’m so fed up with this number ringing me constantly. When I pick up, either they just hang up straight away or it’s completely silent on the other end. It happens loads of times every single day!

In the past couple of days we've had loads of calls. We use a BT phone that automatically blocks numbers we havent saved. If it’s a legit call, they can just ask to be connected, then we choose to answer or decline. Seriously, everyone should get one of these phones, those automated calls just dont get past it.

I've received six calls in the past day alone! It’s becoming routine to get at least one call daily. I’m starting to wonder if this counts as harassment under the law. Is it possible to take legal action? Whenever the number pops up, we either ignore it entirely or answer just to hang up immediately. I’d advise against sharing any personal details because they have a way of selling that info, and then you’re bombarded with even more unsolicited calls.

I received a call at ten to five on the morning of the 23rd of June, 2017, but I chose not to pick up. I've had numerous encounters with such callers before, and I've been informed by others that they can be quite abrasive in their demeanor. Therefore, I prefer to ignore these calls altogether.

This has been happening since Monday morning, and now here we are on Friday. The incessant calls seem to start around half past nine. On Monday, I received a call, and after the third attempt - I had been very courteous the first two times, politely asking them to refrain from calling me - they simply hung up. I know I shouldn’t have reacted, but during the third call, which came while I was assisting my elderly mother to the sitting room, I lost my temper and told them to leave me alone. The person on the line had the audacity to hurl abuse back at me! I promptly hung up, yet now I’m bombarded with calls at the crack of dawn - that was the third one since 9:35, and now it’s just past 9:48. Is anyone else experiencing this relentless nuisance from 'David' or 'Peter'? These cold callers are an absolute nightmare; they’re genuinely frightening my mother. Can’t these people realise how distressing this is for others? I'm at my wits' end - can anyone lend a hand?

No clue who that is, but they ring nonstop at all hours. The best thing we did was get a phone that shows the last number, so we just block and ignore them now. Sorted!

I received multiple calls from a bloke claiming to be David, who seems to have Asian heritage. Yesterday it was five times and today it kicked off again at 9 in the morning. Honestly, I’m getting quite fed up with all this persistent ringing. Why do these individuals keep harassing us? I really wonder where the oversight and regulatory groups are and why they haven’t put a stop to this nonsense yet.

Today, this number has rung me up three times with nothing but silence on the other end, then I can hear a phone buzzing on their side. That’s when I just end the call. The massive obvious issue here is that we’ve sent folks to the Moon, yet our tech and officials can’t seem to track down and deal with these firms that waste everyone’s bloody time??? I just missed a call from 03300270035. They rang but didn't leave any voicemail. Thankfully I looked up the number here and found out it’s a spam call. They called again while I was checking it, didn’t pick up, and I’ve since blocked them.

This lot tout themselves as a marketing outfit, collecting data through surveys about where you live and how you spend your cash. Once they've hoovered up enough info, they peddle it off to a bunch of firms who then bombard you with sales pitches for their wares. We’ve installed a Call Guardian on our devices and put a stop to their nonsense, yet somehow they still find a way to sneak through. If you happen to see a number pop up that you don’t recognise, it’s best just to ignore it. After a bit of time, they'll likely lose interest and move on.

I've received seven calls from this number, and each time I pick up, they just cut off without uttering a word. Quite baffling, really!
