Got two calls today 03/07/2017, answered the first one. The person sounded Indian or Pakistani and asked if I could answer a couple of questions, I hesitated but said yes. Then he tried to get me to confirm my address and postcode, he actually gave them to me. He mentioned the call could be recorded for training. I didn’t want to carry on and ended the call. Got a call early this morning just as I was heading out to catch the bus to visit my 91 year old dad who’s been poorly. Im really curious how many folks here actually have caller ID showing. Sometimes it says the number, or just “unavailable” or “withheld,” or even “international” if it’s from abroad. If I don’t recognise the number or it shows any of those, I just ignore it. It’s pretty straightforward - if it’s important, they’ll leave a message that actually means something to you. A bit of advice that I’ve found quite handy - steer clear of sharing your phone number for ANY reason with anyone besides mates and close family. It seems like it’s the high-street retailers and online shops that are all too eager to share your details if you ever make a purchase, claiming they “need” your information. It's utter nonsense! If I’m hounded for my digits, I simply walk away from the sale, and suddenly their so-called necessity vanishes (this is especially true for retail). This is truly the only plausible explanation for how my number slipped into the wrong hands, and now, I’ve completely given up on answering my landline. I've had this number ringing me non stop, like 6 times just today! Normally it's once a day, but now it's getting ridiculous. Isn't this some kind of harassment by law? Is it possible to take legal action? Whenever it shows up on my phone, I either don't pick up or just answer and hang up straight away. Never share any details with them, they'll just peddle your info around and you'll get bombarded by more spam calls from other companies.

Right after I picked up and said hello, the phone started ringing like I was making a call, so I just ended it straight away.

this number ringed me 3 times today and also 3 time yestarday, somethings gots to be done about it, whoever own this number shoud be held accountable, and honestly, our government need to step in and sort this out.

They phoned me two times in less than half an hour. When I picked up, they rushed through some message and when I asked them to say it again, they just hung up. Had an asian accent. Now I've blocked the number.

Got a call at 4:50 in the morning on 23rd June 2017. I didn’t pick up. I’ve had loads of these types ring before, and someone else mentioned they can get pretty nasty if you talk to them. So now, I just ignore the calls entirely.

This all started on Monday morning and it’s now Friday, these calls keep coming around 1 or 2.9 (whatever that means). They rang on Monday and after I politely asked twice if they could stop calling, saying "please don’t ring this number again," they just hung up. But then the third call came within an hour while I was helping my elderly mum get to the lounge. I got annoyed and told the caller to stop calling me. That’s when they started swearing at me, so I slammed the phone down. Now I’m getting these calls every morning, and there’s been three just since 9:35 this morning alone, it’s 9:48 now. Is anybody else getting this much harassment from someone named David or Peter? The cold calls are horrible and they’re really scaring my mum. Don’t these people realise they’re upsetting vulnerable folks? I’m at my wits end here, any advice?

No clue who that is, but they ring nonstop at all hours. The best thing we did was get a phone that shows the last number, so we just block and ignore them now. Sorted!

Got these annoying calls from some guy who said his name was David, sounds Asian or something. He rang me like five times just yesterday and then started up again bright and early at 9 this morning. I’m getting really fed up with all these calls. Seriously, shouldn't there be some kind of system watching over this? Why haven't the authorities stepped in to stop this madness?

Today, this number has rung me up three times with nothing but silence on the other end, then I can hear a phone buzzing on their side. That’s when I just end the call. The massive obvious issue here is that we’ve sent folks to the Moon, yet our tech and officials can’t seem to track down and deal with these firms that waste everyone’s bloody time??? It’s honestly not acceptable.

I just missed a call from 03300270035. They rang but didn't leave any voicemail. Thankfully I looked up the number here and found out it’s a spam call. They called again while I was checking it, didn’t pick up, and I’ve since blocked them.

Basically, it’s some marketing firm that collects details about how you live and what you spend your money on by doing surveys. Once they've got all your info together, they pass it on to different companies who then ring you up trying to pitch their stuff. We use a Call Guardian System to block their numbers, but somehow they still slip through. If your phone shows who’s calling, just ignore their calls and after a bit of time, they’ll stop bothering you.

This number called me like 7 times but when I pick up, they just drop the call straight away. Really weird behaviour!

They rang me a couple of times today, first time no one said anything, I just let my voicemail pick it up and leave a message if they wanted. The second call I could hear a guy talking to what sounded like a colleague, speaking in what I think was either an Indian or Pakistani accent.
