Got a text from Direct Line saying they’d booked some kinda installation for the 19th and that an engineer would come with me at that date or whatever. They left a number for questions too. Thing is, I’ve never used Direct Line, so I’m pretty sure it’s dodgy. I looked up the number and couldn’t find anything linking it to Direct Line at all. Feels like a scam to me.

Got a call from a direct line, they left a really confusing message I couldn’t make heads or tails of. Mentioned something about me bringing up an issue with them, but I have no clue what it’s regarding since I never called them and actually cancelled my insurance a while back.
