So I got a call from someone looking for a Cheryl, right? Thing is, I’m not Cheryl at all. When they asked if this was Cheryl’s number, I told them it was actually a police number. This number really is from the Grange University Hospital in Llanfrechfa, Cwmbran - I know because I got a call from them about a relative who’s admitted there. The only downside I noticed is that if you happen to miss a call from this number (which I did), trying to ring them back doesn’t work. You just get a message saying the call back option isn’t available or supported. So, while the number is legit, you can’t use it to return missed calls.

Got a call on an old phone my kid uses just for games. The number isn’t even active properly but this random number called, I hung up and they phoned straight back a couple times, so I’ve just blocked it now.
