I got a call from this number, and the guy said his name was Luis, claiming he was from some Domestic Appliances company. He asked if I was still paying £9 a month for some sort of coverage on my Miele washing machine in case it breaks down. I told him I didn’t know anything about that, and he just cut the call straight away.

My phone showed D.A.C. next to the caller ID, which I’ve never seen before so it made me wary right away. I ignored the call until it ended, then looked it up here. Turns out it was a scam, so I blocked the number and removed it from my contacts.
