Today, I got a ring from this number. When I picked up, there was a bit of chit-chat going on in the background, yet the person on the line didn’t utter a word to me. They cut off after just five seconds, which was rather annoying. I've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so it's a bit of a letdown that the caller clearly hasn't!
