This bloke has been dialling our office non-stop, clearly clueless about what we do yet pushing to speak with the manager to peddle his wares. To make matters worse, he tossed around some right dodgy remarks about how chaps are superior when it comes to making decisions, which was apparently why he refused to engage with anyone else who picked up the phone. Quite the character, really!
