Thankfully, EE’s fraud team caught on and stopped them just before they ordered a phone worth £1500 under our name. My husband had to reach out to his bank because he accidentally shared some personal info. Definitely a sketchy number - don’t pick up if you see it!EE2 yearsI received a ring claiming to be from Sky, offering a 30% discount on my TV subscription for a year. Soon after, they were pushing me to purchase a new mobile phone, saying if I put down £30 as a deposit, they’d refund it next month. They even asked for my Sky password!
