I thought I was contacting Yahoo's customer support when I found myself locked out of my email account. The individual I spoke with was rather unpleasant, quite condescending, and of no assistance whatsoever. When I requested to know his name, he abruptly hung up on me. Strangely, not long after, my email access was restored. Has anyone else had experiences with this number?
