12 yearsA mate of mine was recently duped by these absolute charlatans. They took her for a ride, charging her £100 under the pretense of safeguarding her computer and addressing some supposed malware issues. They managed to trick her into granting them remote access. It’s nothing short of a scam! The phone number she called seems to be a reroute operated by a UK company called Windsor Telecom. I've contacted them to see if they’re able to do something about disabling that number. It appears that the perpetrators are based in India, with ties to an Indian hosting firm, but curiously, their web server is actually set up on American soil (an IP address from a US hosting company). Quite the dodgy operation, if you ask me!UKWindsor TelecomIndiaUS12 yearsWe've also received a call from this number.
