Got a call from this number, saying a bailiff would be at my house on Friday. The person was really aggressive and quite threatening. When I questioned them, they just said "we'll see you when we arrive on Friday." The day before, I also rang a company thinking it was StepChange, but it turned out not to be them. Be careful with this number, it seems dodgy.

Got three messages over a day and a half telling me to ring them back. They called themselves Arrow-Global Enforcement Agency, saying it was urgent or my account would go to an enforcement officer. When I phoned, the man on the line started threatening, saying this 'enforcement officer' would turn up at my door and force his way in, which he allegedly has the right to do! Thing is, I don’t owe anything on the accounts they mentioned - Studio and Very - so the whole thing felt dodgy to me.

A guy with a Taiwanese accent called me, said he’d ring back in about 7 minutes but never did, which worried me loads. He mentioned a debt close to what I actually owe (not sure if it’s a coincidence or something dodgy). He then put me through to someone called David Godded at Step Change, who also had a strong accent, so I ended up hanging up and calling Step Change directly. They told me sometimes bailiffs make those calls, so I thought it might be real and called back. The person connected me to Step Change again, and this time I gave out some details and asked for a callback when I’d be home. After giving the info, I hung up and later called Step Change again, but they had no record of arranging a call for me. Nathan got quite rude when I tried to check if it was a scam. It was a horrible experience. I’d clicked the number in a text while exhausted and heading home from hospital.

earlier, i had a call from a private number and gave them a piece of my mind about being total scumbags, no wonder they’re dodging me now. the bloke even had the nerve to say "we'll see when i show up at your place friday". i don’t think rosendale is even a proper company anymore, got taken over ages ago.

I tried calling back from a blocked number and it just kept ringing without anyone picking up. There's not even a website or anything linked to it. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it.

they said they were from rosendale enforcement but it was really rude and felt like a total scam.

i actually signed up thinking it was stepchange and now i keep getting annoyed calls from them nonstop.

Same here.. I had a bad feeling about the bloke on the phone. He started telling me what I could borrow, all without even asking about my ability to pay it back.. Definitely feels like a total rip-off..

Received a text from this number claiming that Rosendale enforcement was gonna take away some stuff at 5pm on Friday. Seems like a total scam to me, so watch out and don’t fall for it!
