I received a call from someone claiming to be from American Express, stating that I had just done a £200 transaction on eBay and a £100 buy at Sainsbury's the previous day. When I informed them that I hadn't made those purchases, they insisted they would cancel my card right away and arrange for a new one to be dispatched by tomorrow morning before 10:00am. It's obvious this is a scam!
