I received a rather peculiar call the other day from someone who claimed to be Christina from BT. To be honest, she didn’t come across as very professional. She insisted that her department had detected some problems with my internet connection and was looking to conduct a speed test. Quite odd, I must say!

Received a call supposedly from BT, which led to the installation of the ISL-Light remote desktop application and Anydesk on my Windows 10 laptop. This left an elderly woman quite distressed. Thankfully, she doesn’t engage in any online shopping or banking, so no funds were stolen.
