Be careful with this number, even if you dont pick up, it still adds a fee to your phone bill.

This number is definitely part of a scam. We never called it ourselves, but it seems like whenever it rings, it somehow sets off a call back to them. We sometimes check missed calls with 1471, so maybe that’s what causes the follow-up. Even just answering the phone might be what triggers it. If you have caller ID and see this number, best to just ignore it and not answer!

Hello there! I’ve just noticed a rather alarming charge of £25 on my Vodafone bill for calls made to this number. The puzzling part is that I haven't dialled it at all from my mobile. It's left me quite flabbergasted, to be honest. Could anyone shed some light on what steps I should take to resolve this? How on earth has this occurred in the first place?
