I got a call from someone claiming to be HSBC’s Fraud Team, saying there was an £800 charge on my credit card. They even knew loads of my personal info, like my card number, which really threw me off. It sounded pretty legit, but something didn’t sit right, so I rang my bank straight away. Turns out it was totally a scam. Be careful out there!

Got loads of calls from a number saying it’s HSBC, claiming they’ve got my personal details. I rang HSBC directly and they said nobody from their bank has tried to reach me at all. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Today, 19/06/2024, I got a call from SB Samsung Galaxy at like 10.47am. It barely rang - just about 3 rings and then stopped. They didn’t leave any message or voicemail or anything. Weirdly, they seemed to want to get into my photos, media and files on my phone? I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
