Got a call from some woman claiming to be with the department of labour, said they were updating their system or something. Tried to ring the number back later, but the call wouldn’t connect at all. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Someone rang my job today asking for a mate of mine. She wanted to check his info, but I asked her who she was, where she was ringing from and why she wouldn’t just contact him directly on his mobile. She said she was calling from Build-it in Stanger, but when I looked up their number online, it didn’t match the one she used. Plus, when we tried ringing that number back, it just wouldn’t connect. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman asking to check my address so she could send some kind of demand letter. Sounded like a total rip-off to me!

So this woman called me saying she's from the labour office and asked for my persal number. Then she started insisting on my home address, saying she'd post a demand letter. She claimed I owe something to Savells, which is totally not true. I'm already going through a debt review, so why wasn’t this mentioned when I applied? Feels like a proper scam to me!!!
