Hello, I contacted the call center for Citibank Malaysia to confirm if the number I received was indeed from their bank. However, I was informed that this is not Citibank's phone number. According to the person I spoke with, all of Citibank's phone numbers begin with 2383xxxx. So, if you receive a call starting with 2787, it is likely not from Citibank.
