Just got another dodgy ring from "BT technical support" telling me to press 1 to chat with a tech or 2 to end my broadband. I hit 2 and straight away a young woman with a thick Indian accent came on saying she’d disconnect it. I told her to crack on, but it’s been half an hour and I’m still streaming stuff, so I guess the disconnection’s not happening anytime soon!
