Heard you’ve been a bit quicker off the mark than I. If you’re planning to drop a note to the debt collectors, make sure to title it something like “DISPUTE” to clearly state your objections to the claim. Oh, and don't forget to reference the VZ Hamburg in there as well. I’d only consider involving a solicitor if they carry on pestering after you’ve formally contested a payment order.

Ich stehe derzeit vor einer ähnlichen Situation wie die Delina, die am 26. August 2010 geschrieben hat. Man hat mir erzählt, ich sei das ganze Jahr über in irgendeinem Spiel involviert gewesen und dass sie alle meine Daten sowie Telefonaufnahmen haben. Den Vertrag, der nur für drei Monate gelten sollte, habe ich allerdings noch nicht unterschrieben. Ich bin völlig ratlos, wie ich darauf reagieren soll. Hat jemand Tipps, wie ich hier vorgehen kann?

Hallo zusammen, ich wollte nur mein Missfallen über die ständigen Anrufe von dieser Nummer mitteilen. Es handelt sich um einen Ausländer, der mir behauptete, ich müsse 520 Euro zahlen. Diesmal hab ich wirklich die Geduld verloren und hab ihn ordentlich zurechtgewiesen. Ich lasse mich doch nicht von solchen Schwachköpfen einschüchtern!
