I received a very alarming automated call claiming to be from the Tax Office, stating that I had an outstanding debt. They urged me to press 1 on my phone immediately, warning that if I didn’t, a warrant for my arrest would be issued and the police would be on their way to cuff me! Absolutely terrifying!
