I’m no criminal, I assure you! Earlier today, I received a rather alarming call from someone purporting to be from HMRC, threatening me with imprisonment for tax evasion unless I cough up some cash. I had heard about scams like this before but never thought I’d actually experience one myself. Well, it seems today was that day!
