Got a call from an Indian call centre, and the woman on the line kept calling me a witch or wizard or something like that. She said her name was Carlos, but when I used that name, she denied it. She wouldn’t stop asking me loads of questions and insisted it was all to help me. Quite strange, really.

got a call saying it was about my “welfare” and they needed to confirm my address was right. they asked loads of weird questions like what papers i read and the make of my washing machine. i tried to keep my ground but as soon as i brought up the tps, the call just cut off on me.

Earlier today, around half-past two, I received a call from someone with a rather unusual accent. They had a number of questions to ask me, but I quickly informed them that I wasn’t keen to engage.

Saying "remove me from your list" honestly seems to have no effect on them at all. It’s like they don't understand English.
