We're completely stumped as to the identity of this person.

I received a rather peculiar call from a woman claiming to be Indian, who insisted that there’s a sum of £3,400 waiting for me from the government related to bank fees. She urged me to head to either the Co-op or McColl’s to deposit £340 for some U Kash vouchers, after which I would supposedly get my cheque for £3,400 on the very same day. I quizzed her about the legitimacy of this deal, and she got rather defensive. Eventually, I decided it was best to hang up.

I received a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming that my computer was dispatching harmful emails. They urged me to access my computer so they could guide me through the process. When I declined their assistance, the caller threatened to turn off my device and then shockingly suggested I purchase a brand-new computer.
