We're completely stumped as to the identity of this person.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying I was owed £3,400 by the government due to some bank fee issue. She told me to pop down to the Co-op or McColl’s and buy £340 worth of Ukash vouchers to sort it out, claiming I’d get my cheque the very same day. When I asked if it sounded like a scam, she got really annoyed, so I just hung up on her.

Got a call from someone who sounded Indian, claiming my computer was sending viruses through emails. He wanted me to log on and said he'd walk me through fixing it. When I said no, he threatened to turn my computer off. Then out of nowhere, he told me to just get a new computer altogether. Proper dodgy!
