Got a call from this woman with an Asian accent claiming she was calling from Virgin Media tech support. She told me there was some urgent issue with my internet and said I had to switch my PC on right away. I told her outright that she wasn’t actually from Virgin Media and it sounded like a scam. She kept insisting she was real. Then I mentioned my hubby works as an engineer for Virgin Media - after that, she just cut the call.
