I had a rather unpleasant experience with a lady who seemed utterly confused about her purpose. She contacted me claiming to represent Mercedes, particularly for fleet services. However, she couldn’t even clarify whether her inquiry was related to trucks or cars. Additionally, she was asking for specific contact names, yet her approach was decidedly unprofessional and rather off-putting. Overall, it was a rather frustrating interaction, lacking competence and courtesy.

Hi there, I've just had another call from this number today. When I attempted to return the call, I was greeted by this recorded message: "Welcome to Mercedes-Benz. He’s after an address to verify something, but when we responded, we pointed out that he should be able to identify which number he’s attempting to ring. Just a note: if this indeed was a legitimate Mercedes-Benz representative, then it’s high time they reassess their rather uncouth telesales tactics!
