Indeed, it’s the German publishing house. I returned their call the day before yesterday regarding a year-long magazine trial. Tried to reach them again today, but it seems no one's picking up. Just a wretched *beep* sound when you do. Quite exasperating, if I’m honest.

Jedes Mal, wenn sie sich wieder melden, greife ich zum Hörer und rufe sie zurück - ich lasse es dann einige Zeit bei ihnen klingeln. Die Callcenter-Mitarbeiter haben bereits ihren Text parat, aber ich lege dann einfach wieder auf! Wenn sie uns nicht in Ruhe lassen, sollten wir ihnen zeigen, dass wir uns wehren können, indem wir ihre Leitungen mit unseren Rückrufen überfluten! Und übrigens, ich setze die Nummer auf geheim, nur so zur Vorsicht!

Guten Tag! Jeden Tag erhalte ich mindestens einen dieser lästigen Ping-Anrufe auf meinem Handy. Es ist wirklich unerträglich! Neulich habe ich dann mal die Courage gehabt und mit unterdrückter Nummer zurückgerufen. Da kam nur die Ansage: "Dieser Teilnehmer ist momentan nicht erreichbar." Was für ein Ärger!
