Got a letter through the post today, dated 19th May 2021, about paying some kind of data protection fee. It calls itself a reminder, but it’s the first time I’ve ever had anything like this. The letter claims to be from the ICO in Wilmslow, Cheshire, and says you have to pay if you keep info on people or have CCTV. Total scam, watch out everyone. The number they gave was 0303 123 1113 - don’t fall for it!
