Then she seemed keen to end the call, but I asked why I was being targeted and all she did was keep saying I’d committed fraud and was heading to court. Can anyone explain what this rubbish is about? They tried to keep me on the phone to ‘sort it out’, but no way was I falling for it. After checking the reviews here, I’m convinced it’s just another scam. They have a dodgy "ad" displaying a green bold 0903.... number. Do NOT call the number from the ad or that 0903 one. I ended up getting charged £30.68 for an 8 minute 20 second call that got cut off and didn’t even connect me to the Passport Office. Then, when I tried again on their 0903 number, I got billed £23.69 for a 6 minute 26 second call. Completely shocking that a government service seems tied to this scam. Eventually, I did manage to reach someone, but it looks like the Passport Office hasn’t blocked these scammers despite previous complaints and the fact this company was prosecuted back in 2008!
