Got a call like that just now.

Got a call saying it was HMRC warning me about tax fraud and if I didn’t hit 1 right away, they’d come after me with an arrest.

This number popped up on my phone and the caller claimed to be from HMRC. They were going on about some fraud investigation and said I had to press a button or else they’d send a warrant for my arrest. I don’t think so! I just hung up because I pay all my taxes properly. These scammers should be stopped for good.
