Gerade hatte ich einen Anruf von der Nummer 030-10012008. Vor einiger Zeit nahm ich an einem Gewinnspiel teil, welches ich jetzt jedoch abgebrochen habe. Plötzlich soll ich 59 Euro zahlen, obwohl es ursprünglich drei Raten á 59 Euro sein sollten. Offensichtlich hat da jemand in der Organisation einen Fehler gemacht. Jetzt versuchen sie, das Geld einfach abzubuchen. Als ich ihn dann auf das neue Gesetz zur Telefonwerbung hinwies, hat er einfach aufgelegt.

Es gibt hier ein neues Vorgehen, das aufgetaucht ist. Aber denkt daran, es ist wichtig, auch die Bundesnetzagentur zu informieren, selbst wenn die Nummer gefälscht erscheint - das ist ein Muss!
