I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I got an email saying my TV licence renewal didn’t go through and that my direct debit payment failed. Problem is, I’ve never had a TV licence at all, let alone arranged a direct debit for it. So there’s nothing I’m meant to be paying or renewing!
