I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was calling on behalf of BT. She told me I could get a discount on my bill because of COVID and started asking me loads of personal questions. When I asked if this deal was actually on BT’s official site, she just suddenly ended the call. Definitely felt like some sort of scam.
