On the 18th of November in 2015, at roughly half past ten in the evening, I got a curious text message claiming that a mobile number had snagged a whopping 450,000 USD in some sort of state-sponsored lottery, along with a reference number: REF#48303. It instructed me to reach out to someone named Chakra Monka at the email address [email protected] for further details. Could anyone shed some light on whether this is the real deal or just another scam? The number they texted from is +453356732.

On the evening of 17th November 2015, around 22:36, I got a text claiming that this mobile number had won a whopping $450,000 from something called State Mobile. It mentioned a reference number (REF#48303) and instructed me to get in touch with a certain Chakra Monka via email at [email protected]. I'm curious to find out if there's any truth to this.
