I received an unsolicited call from someone purporting to represent my local council, supposedly about the energy rebate. The chap had an Indian accent and was definitely up to no good. I've since added this number to my block list.

Got a call from this number saying it was my local council about an energy rebate. I let it go to voicemail, thinking they’d leave a message, but when I played it back, there was nothing there! Bit dodgy if you ask me, especially since the council wouldn’t ring me up that late in the evening.
