This number is actually for South Staffordshire College, not the Papworth Trust employment office in Cambridge like the earlier comment said. The two lines are pretty close though, just different by one digit at the end - South Staffordshire finishes in 2424 while Papworth Trust’s number ends with 2425. So they could be connected but defo not the same.
