Just got the exact same text today, can’t believe it!

I got a text from this number while I was in hospital. The message talked about some “important digital letter invitation” from our NHS Trust and had a link asking me to put in my date of birth and a special PIN they gave. It felt a bit strange so I showed it to a nurse, and she advised me it might be a scam. If it’s legit, then I’ve probably missed something important, but I’d rather be careful than get caught out.
