These scammers are out of control and we can't stop them charging us! The phone firms really ought to stop these charges straight away, no questions asked. The police should get involved with this sort of thing! I got hit with a couple of charges myself, but Vodafone have blocked them now and I’m hoping they’ll give me my money back.

I’ve just noticed extra fees on my phone bill for some premium service I never signed up for over the past few months! Tried getting in touch with 02, but after loads of tries to chat with their so-called online expert, they shoved me a link telling me to call 03003030020. Turns out, that number is a complete rip-off! They also told me to text ‘stop’ to 81777, which would just tack on more costs! 02 haven’t helped one bit and the charges keep stacking up every month for something I didn’t even agree to! Stay well clear of that number!!!

I never got any texts or messages, just saw the charge on my iD Mobile bill. They won't take it off or block the number for me, and told me to call it to stop the charges. No way am I going to phone some sketchy number, especially when it's hitting me for £4.50 every month.

I got a text from 03003030020 and ended up getting charged for it. I went to my Three store but they told me it was a scam and they couldn’t give me a refund. They did say they’d take the number off their list though. Watch out, this one costs you!

I got a message from 03003030020 and ended up getting charged just for receiving it. I went into the Three shop to sort it out, but they told me it was a scam and said they couldn’t give me a refund. At least they took the number off their system. Just a heads up, this one can really cost you!

I have no clue how this ended up on my phone, didn’t get any warning or alert about it. At first, I thought it was just some free news app full of ads. Tried loads of times to uninstall it but no luck. It turned out to be a scam and now I’m stuck with a awful £71 charge in just a month. What a nightmare!

Got an email from someone claiming to be PSA at a number like 0300 3030 020 and another one 0303 123 1113. Never reached out to them before but they said they were from #psauthority. Bit confusing tbh.

Got a message out of the blue claiming to be from first aid or something, didn’t reply and just deleted it straight away. Later on, saw I’d been hit with three charges of £4.50 each. Spoke to Vodafone and they’ve blocked the number now but said they couldn’t refund me. They told me I’d have to call the number myself to sort it out but I reckon that’s pointless, so I’m not even gonna bother.

I keep getting billed by Virgin Media despite never having signed up with them. I've sent them a text to cease all contact, yet they seem to have two different numbers they use to pester me. My phone provider appears to be of no assistance in resolving this, and now my bill's racked up to at least £30 due to these pesky messages. It all seems very dodgy to me!

I noticed a charge of £4.50 on my bill. My mobile provider informed me it originated from something called PayPal Plus, with a text message coming from 60044. They've already taken the payment and subsequently blocked the number. Could anyone advise me on how I might reclaim my money and alert others about this?

I've been receiving unsolicited horoscopes from this number, and frankly, I find it quite irritating as I never requested them in the slightest. To make matters worse, I'm also being charged for these messages! I contacted my mobile provider to seek assistance, but they seem rather clueless about how to put an end to this inconvenience.
